Spikko collects and uses personally identifiable information, such as names, email addresses and credit card information, for purposes of billing, provision of the Service, solving problems associated with the Service and to inform customers and prospective customers of new Spikko products and other services that will better meet their needs. Each user and customer is responsible for ensuring that his customer’s account information on file with Spikko is accurate and current. Customers may access their account information through the log-in procedure on the Spikko website or by contacting the customer support centre.

Children’s Privacy Policy


Spikko does not sell products or services to minors under the age of eighteen. Spikko does not knowingly solicit or collect customer identifiable information from minors under the age of eighteen. In addition, Spikko will not knowingly link to any third party website that solicits or collects customer identifiable information from minors. If you believe that a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to Spikko, please contact us at support@spikko.com so that the information can be removed.

Spikko Spam Policy


Any use of Spikko's facilities for spamming purposes is strictly prohibited. Any misuse of Spikko's facilities will be dealt with seriously and can result, in addition to any other remedy available to Spikko according to applicable law, in the loss of any privileges provided by Spikko.
